Q: How do I calculate the shipping if my package is over sized?
A: When you order your product and it has an (*) next to or under it saying it is over sized it will tell you the additional fee on the first line of the Item description. You would simply add this price to the price of the item for your total. If you are in NJ you will also add an additional 7% sales tax.

A: Simply,put your shipping information (address) and method of shipping (ground, 3day express, 2day Air) in and click the "Apply" button when the page is refreshed it will show your shipping charges in your shopping cart.

A: Yes, we encourage people to come to our store Riverton Pool and Garden 2607 Rt 130 S. Cinnaminson NJ 08077. Bring the kids, they just might get a chance to see Santa!

Q: How do I return an item if I do not like it or if it is damaged?
A: you can refer to our "return policy" at any time. However, if you have a problem with your item please phone us at 1-800-656-4956 and let us know the item will be returned. We can issue a call tag (which will be at customers expense) - shipping is NOT refunded on NON DAMAGED items and a 20% restocking feel will be applied). A call tag is when the UPS driver will pick your package up from porch that it was left on with in one to two business days of it being issued. Customers also have the option to use there own method. If customer uses there own method, the customer will receive 80% refund on item but no refund on original shipping charge.
If you change your mind before receiving your item you can refuse it (simply tell the UPS driver you are refusing the package and they will send it back to us)
when item(s) are received at xmasexpress we will then inspect item and issue a credit for the item.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: Yes, if you are located in NJ you will pay an additional 7% sales tax at time of purchase. If you are from another state you will not be charged by xmasexpress.com, it becomes the customers responsibility to pay it to the government.
