mailed and cleared prior to shipment of order. Your credit card statement will
read as charged to XmasExpress.com. Sorry, there are no C.O.D.'s.

At XmasExpress.com we strive to provide the most accurate information
to our customers. We are not perfect and descriptive, typographic or photographic
errors are subject to correction.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return unused items in the original
box within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund to the credit card
account charged. Merchandise purchased before December 25th cannot be returned
after that date for refund, credit, or exchange and prevails our 30 day return policy. We do not credit shipping and
handling charges on return-to-stock merchandise. Returns will not be accepted unless we are notified, give

*Please note that we do not currently accept International orders including Canada
XmasExpress.com calculates shipping rates based on our costs, which are determined
by location, insurance, freight, and handling charges and will be automatically
calculated after completing the shipping form of the order process. Most orders
ship via UPS Ground the next business day and are insured for the value of your
order. Most Christmas trees are shipped in large oversized boxes, which signifigantly
increases the freight charges. Orders over $500 or needed for rush delivery,
call for a quote 1-856-829-3560 (10:00am - 4:00pm EST). This
chart will help you determine how long it will take your order to arrive via
UPS Ground service.
