At XmasExpress.com we strive to provide the most accurate information to our customers. We are not perfect and descriptive, typographic or photographic errors are subject to correction.


Return Policy
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return unused items in the original box within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund to the credit card account charged. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus the cost of return shipping if you have us issue a call tag with UPS ground. You do have the option to ship using your own methods if you wish. Merchandise purchased before December 25th cannot be returned after that date for refund, credit, or exchange and prevails our 30 day return policy. We do not credit shipping and handling charges on return-to-stock merchandise. Oversized items with an (*) will be subject to additional handling fees. If your item does not contain an (*) there are not additional fees.

XmasExpress.com calculates shipping rates based on our costs, which are determined by location, insurance, freight, and handling charges and will be automatically calculated after entering your address into the shipping information field and the apply button is clicked. Most orders ship via UPS Ground the next business day and are insured for the value of your order. Most Christmas trees are shipped in large oversized boxes, which signifigantly increases the freight charges. Orders over $500 or needed for rush delivery, call for a quote 1-800-656-4956 (9:00am - 5:00pm EST). This chart will help you determine how long it will take your order to arrive via UPS Ground service.
